It was a 1 on 1 interview. I had the interview at Royal Dutch Shell Singapore. The interviewer was really kind and he also shared his experience at the end of the interview.

Tell me a time when you had to discipline yourself in order to achieve a goal.
I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.
