I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shell
Interview
Filled out online profile. Take your time and put in specific qualifications and skills. I think the initial screening process is computerized and is looking for specific keywords. Got an email one month later and scheduled a phone interview. The Shell representative was encouraging, positive and asked mainly behavioural questions. The interview lasted around one hour. Be honest and thoughtful. Take your time to answer the questions. Be aware of Shell's values: Achievement, Capacity and Relationships. They can be found online.
I received an offer one week later via email.
