24h after application I got test and interview invitation. The test is an accuracy typing test. Not difficult. The interview is codified by Shell interview process. No improvisation by interviewer. He spend one hour taking notes. They requested 2 weeks to provide feedback. It's quiet a lot compared to others. Then no reply at all. I had to send 2 emails to get a reply. The reply was not even motivated. I asked for a proper feedback. I never had one. It left me a bad image. They pretend to be professionals but they don't prove it.
