Interview
First you have to make an online profile, submit your resume, cover letter and transcript. Be careful not to miss anything and put some time and effort into your cover letter, when I was getting interviewed I could tell the interviewer read it thoroughly; he even asked me about things I had written in my cover letter.
I got a phone interview after passing both the personality and aptitude tests online. Be quick with the aptitude tests and it has a lot of what if scenarios from stuff that you could potentially have to do whilst working there.
