Shell Graduate Scheme - Production Engineering interview questions

Having passed the online tests and phone interview, I was invited to attend a Shell Recruitment Day at HQ in The Hague. This was a very comprehensive process of an e-tray exercise, a group exercise, a self reflection interview, a case study and a final competency-based interview. The previous day, candidates are given a briefing and participate in some team exercises to get to know the other candidates, before being taken for dinner with some current graduate scheme employees. This allows for settling in and a bit of networking, which allows you to feel much more comfortable the next day. Each exercise on the day is tough, as you'd expect. Stay relaxed, answer as best you can and see if you fulfil their criteria!
