The first stage consists of the psychometric test and on demand interview. The Psychometrics are: Numerical (16 questions), Verbal (24q) and Abstarct Reasoning (10 questions). Overall 54 questions and 12 minutes (4 mins per section) Numerical part is a basic arithmetics, verbal clearly depends on the vocabulary and abstract reasoning was the toughest.
