Long and pretentious, they have a bloated opinion of themselves and no consideration for the interviewee's time. Minimum of four interviews; the last one is 3 hours with no refreshments. Coffee or tea would have been nice. Back-to-back, with drilling scripted, check-mark questions being read with little emotion. The last of three interviews ended with some guy with a stained suit coat and the personality of the sterotypical sleezy used car salesman, who contradicted almost everything you were led to believe about the company during all of the other interviews- serious bait-and-switch interviewing with these clowns. By the end, I didn't want to work there; it literally seemed like a sleezy used car sales cult. Only 2% that make it to the final run are accepted. You might get a denial call, with the pretentious, " We know you will go on to do great things", LOL, like I didn't know that, and have actually done some great things already? And I need thier them to validate my greatness? Anyway, you've been warned. If they were honest with me in the first interview, I wouldn't have gone to the next one.
