The interview was very simple and straightforward. The manager spent most of the time discussing details about the position, the hotel in general and the benefits of working there. All he really asked me was details about two prior jobs I held, if I was fluent in any other languages besides English, and if I had any problem with the drug screening that would follow the interview if I was chosen for a second interview. I was told that all candidates that he sees as a good fit will be called back within one week of the interview for a second screening by the human resources department.
