I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sheraton in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied online through the starwood resorts website, and received a callback within a week, the manager was very nice and scheduled me for an interview right away. Everyone I met was courteous and personable, and I was happy to get a call back an hour an half later. The behavioral interview came next which I hadn't ever gone through before but it wasn't that hard. It was 3-4 questions about what you HAVE done, not what you WOULD do.

Question 1
The questions during the behavioral interview were difficult mostly because they're looking for specific steps and procedures that you took to resolve an issue or to get a desired result, and there are articles listing the basic behavior interview questions, so make sure to come prepared with anecdotal answers.
Interview process included behavioral situations, discussing past work experience, and self contributions to previous employers. It was a very calm process if you come prepared. The interview attire was a healthy mix of business casual.
