IT was long and many phone calls from different directors, after I got invited on site for 2 days and I interviewed with all executive board members in different time, it took 8 hours to end the process.

Interviewed over Skype, Hired over Skype and emails. Filled out all paperwork and received pay acknowledgement over emails. Within one week I was hired as the new Director. Today I wish I would have declined. Not nice people. Vultures is the management there.
