Met with the Director of Front Desk and one of the managers of front desk operations. They asked me questions about what I am looking for and how comfortable I am with certain responsibilities related to the position. They also asked about my future career goals.

Interview
There are original three interview I had to go through. But I only had to do two interview. One with a manager and one with the directors. With the manager, we mostly discuss about my experience and accomplishment, what can I bring to the company etc. While the second interview was more into my passion, why I want to work for the company, what I was looking for from the company, my future goal, etc. Overall, this is not the most difficult interview I had but definitely not the easiest. The hardest part is to get the interview itself, because Sheraton is big company it is pretty difficult to land an interview. I love how they are very responsive and giving me a very thorough answer to the question I asked.
