I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sheraton (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2012

Interview

Phone screen then HR screen, Then the gm as well as all department heads. It started with a 30 min interview screen then I went to property for an interview with HR director. Then a day was set so I could talk to the General manager and all department heads for several hours. Then the final interview with GM and I offered the position the following day.
