I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sheraton (Pomona, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Detailed and they look at every detail in how you present yourself and how you answer and how professional you are. I submitted my resume in person which helped because I showed up with a very presentable self and was very personable and proper which is what they want.
Interview process included behavioral situations, discussing past work experience, and self contributions to previous employers. It was a very calm process if you come prepared. The interview attire was a healthy mix of business casual.
