Applied through Monster.com. About two weeks later was notified by HR that I had moved to the next phase which is a general IQ exam. The next day I was contacted to set up a time for an on-site interview. The next week I flew to the Irving and did the interview with the manager and another engineer. Finally, I was sent an offer letter via email 10 days later.
