Interview
They first give you a call to ask a few questions. After that they give you some information and have you reach out to a semi local store manager. You set up another interview with them. This interview happens on a different day and you discuss a bunch of things and they describe what will go on. After this, you can be interviewed again by corporate location. They grill you on resume and desires, etc. After that you either hear from them or get the rejection.
The interview process was easy and painless. The first interview was on the phone, and focused on my history and qualifications. The second interview was in person, and focused on the job details specifically.
