I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2020
Interview
There was a phone call, a store visit, and an interview with a higher up in the company. It was a long process, but you get to really know the people during it. The phone interview was about 15 minutes, the store visit about an hour long, and the final interview was also about an hour.
Very communicative and upfront about everything. Process is very simple as you go step by step. Has 3 stages when I participated in it. They are big on questions so feel free to ask them and bring them.

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
