I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (St. John's, NL) in Sep 2015
Interview
already worked for sherwin williams. I had excellent sales experience.. Had excellent company referrals internally. It took months to get an interview. The interviewer in my opinion hadwas uncomfortable and nervous...not personable...which felt odd. Was uncormfortable giving interviews...they did quite a bit of stumbling in the interview themselves. I was not fussy about the interview. Questions were dragged on and on...and duplicated themselves. I interview very well...am a writer and a talker...a huge people person...normally nail interviews and get offers due to my personality....and I was not successful.

Question 1
Name a situation where you felt you were doing a good job in your position. How did you know.
A multi stage hiring process, very basic behavioural questions. First round starts with your sales manager; second round with the District Sales Manager, and then a panel interview with VP of sales & HR. I also had to prepare a territory plan and present it to my sales manager.

The interview was intercompany and was conducted via teams. Didnt feel like it mattered as the decision was made prior to the interview. Afterwords it took a while to get the response back I was looking for.
