Basic engineering questions, nothing really challenging, probably questions were aligned with the engineers low level of experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shield AI (Frisco, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Tough and thorough. Make sure you're prepared to speak to your accomplishments. Unless you've achieved something noteworthy, you need not apply. Greatness and exemplary tracks records are required. Good luck!
I applied online. I interviewed at Shield AI (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
I applied online and was contacted probably within a week for a phone screen. Everything else in the interview process happened at about the same pace. I appreciated how efficiently they scheduled interviews and gave me decisions, but what I appreciated even more was their transparency. They were clear about what the interviews would be like, and they were always willing to give me a status update. They were going through a re-org, so I had to wait a bit for my final decision, but they always kept me in the loop.
