I interviewed in Frisco, Texas in March 2026. Interview process was very quick, and every step was very transparent in what was expected of me. My process was pretty standard: Hiring manager first, live one-on-one coding round, and a final round consisting of a panel presentation and multiple one-on-ones. All the interviewers were very respectful and gave feedback on the spot. I wasn't asked anything that felt "unfair" and their "out of the box" interviewing process was a breath of fresh air compared to other bigger companies.
