i had an interview with shield. it was a very nice person and very conversational. they gave good overview of the org. not to many questions. there were no behavioral questions for first round.

Met with the recruiter for a 30 minute interview. Standard “tell me about yourself”, then answered a few questions ask 2-3 questions and that was it. Next interview was with the hiring manager, that lasted about an hour. Technical, but also people leadership, mentoring, career development support to people under you etc. The onsite panel interview was scheduled but it was required to be onsite in D.C. so that travel unfortunately ruled me out of the interview process, but it was designed to be a half day interview cycle with a 30-45 minute presentation and a bunch of one on ones.
