I spoke with 2 people, the CTO and the CEO. Started with a phone interview with the CEO and then in person interviews with both. Was asked questions about my background and experience. Strong emphasis on my values and what I cared about with the CEO. It was clear by the end of the interview that he was extremely passionate and driven. My interview with the CTO went through my past projects in depth and I was asked many questions about technical details and why I chose what I did. By the end we had talked through a wide array of subjects from GPU programming, to controls of legged robotics platforms. He struck me as friendly, energetic, and intelligent.
