Next was a video interview with a senior manager. This experience was poor for me as the person I interviewed with was traveling during the interview and seemed so uninterested in the interview from the very beginning. I couldn’t hear a word he was saying for the first 15 minutes, and constantly had to ask him to repeat himself. It felt unprofessional and not respectful of the time I had set aside, and also as if he wrote me off before the interview even began which is a shame. The interview process ended for me there, but the third stage would have been an onsite interview with more team members, lasting several hours. The talent acquisition team member I talked to throughout the process was very kind and quick to get back to me.
