I had two interviews conducted over Teams. On the first interview, the interviewer was having laptop issues throughout. The second interviewer did not connect during our scheduled time and we had to reschedule. The interviews are 30 min and are very constrained for time. I was asked if I had questions with only a minute or two remaining. I don't feel that I was able to learn much about the operation or the position they were looking to fill.
Afterwards the company gave me no feedback or results of the interview. They ceased contact. No email saying even a quick "thank you but we are not longer considering...", very unprofessional.
A coworker of mine also had an interview and it did not go much better for him in terms of the professionalism he experienced with this company.
