I applied online and I received an email the following day for a telephone interview, the telephone interview took only 10 minutes, the recruiter seemed to be in a rush, when I was talking about my work experience he interrupted me to ask another question, which I found a bit rude, I didn't get the job, I requested a feedback but they didn't bother giving me one, I understand that you can give feedback to every candidate but I believe candidates that have had telephone or face to face interview deserve one, that shows how important is the recruitment process for the organisation, as it can affect their image as a potential company to work for? everything starts in the recruitment process but many organisations seem to ignore that.
