Shiseido Associate Digital Project Manager interview questions

I'm not sure if it was scam or a fake job advertisement, but I applied through Indeed for a project management position. A couple weeks later I heard from the hiring manager. They asked me for dates and times that I was available. I replied with dates and times for the remainder of the week. They asked me for a time and date which I confirmed, they then said the time they proposed did not work so stated a new time and date- I confirmed. Then I was ghosted, the hiring manager never sent me a zoom link or confirmed the new time. I emailed back three times before I gave up. This was an unfortunate experience since covid lay-offs and looking for a job has been difficult. Next time either say the position is filled or I'm not the right candidate. I blocked off my whole day to be ignored by a hiring manager which in any circumstance is unacceptable.
