Shiseido Creative Director interview questions

Had a good first interview. Was called back to do a case study presentation. Was told that I would hear back soon on whether there was going to be a third interview. Was never emailed back. I reached out a month later, they said they were still deciding, and that I would hear back in a couple weeks. That was 3 months ago.
