I went through a three stage interview process at Shiseido Indonesia for the Sales Manager position, meeting with the recruiter, user, and HR Director. However, after completing all the stages, I was unexpectedly ghosted by the recruiter. I made a good-faith effort to follow up politely regarding my application status, but unfortunately received no response. My suggestion is that if a candidate is not selected, it would be more professional and considerate to inform them directly. This not only shows respect for the candidate’s time and effort but also helps maintain the company’s reputation in the talent market.

The process had 3 steps: first, screening phone call from HR, then 1 week later interview with HR and hiring manager, then interview with GM. The whole process lasted 4 weeks.
