I applied online and received a screening phone call the following day. I went in the same week for interviews with 3 people: a Recruiter, the VP of the department, and the Director of the department. All interviews went well, and it felt like we really connected. I was called back for an interview with the VP of HR. This interview also seemed to go well, and I received follow up from the Recruiter that I met that I would have an answer by the end of the week. 2 weeks went by without any word from the Recruiter and I followed up and was told that the team was still making a decision, and should have resolution by the end of the week. This happened 2 more times. I eventually stopped following up because it felt like the Recruiter was giving me the runaround. I took her refusing to give me an answer as her way of telling me I was not getting the job. However, I am unsure of it was ever even filled, as there was talk of restructuring.
