Although the process was somewhat lengthy, it was a great one. The in-house talent recruiter was very responsive and helpful every step of the way! I was always clear on my status and where I was in the interview process. I first had a phone screen with the recruiter, promptly followed by an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and director. During my in-person meeting I felt even more enthusiastic about the role and company due to how welcoming everyone was and how invested they were in their own positions. I then had to complete a thought-evoking and stimulating take-home test, which was insightful into my role. Lastly, I met with the head of the department - who immediately put me at ease with her kindness and positive remarks for the company's future and her team. Overall I was happy with the process because of the clear communication, organization, and friendliness of everyone involved!
