I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shiseido (New York, NY) in Sep 2018
Interview
Very positive experience! Had initial phone interview with recruiter, followed by an off-site and in-office interview with the recruiter, and members of the team that I would potentially support. Very informative and nice people, ultimately why I chose to accept the offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shiseido (New York, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview process was exceptional. The recruiting department reached out via email to set up a phone interview that was about 40-45 minutes which they then set me up for an in person interview after that call. I met with the head of that departement and received word back within 2-3 days. Everything was seamless and quick.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shiseido (New York, NY)
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me through email to discuss my background and why I was interest in the role. I then got invited to interview in person with two members of the team a week later. Now I understand why all the negative reviews are submitted on the HR and Recruiter end on not keeping candidates updated on their status. I turned down the offer due this and stayed with my current company which happens to be a big competitor. I will not recommend this company because they seem not to respect your time. The curiosity of keeping someone alert is the least the team can do if they plan on hiring great talent. The work environment lacks newest, in terms of technology, and workplace layout. I expected more from a company that represents themselves as such, which as I stated preferably stay with my current employer.
