I have applied RA Executive earlier this year, 2 rounds of interviews went well for me. However, I assumed that I failed to get the job with no feedback from the HR. I sought assistance twice from the HR who initiated an email thread with me regarding the interview arrangement. HR did not bother to respond. Another HR who had the phone interview with me on whatsapp ignored my messages as well. All I wanted was a feedback so I can know what to improve on in future. Both HR employees were from the Philippines. Another thing I did not know, I applied RA Executive again as there was another job posting. What's the point of having that relevant experience and application got rejected just because this role will be interviewed by the same interviewers? So just because I failed once (without knowing the reason why), I am unable to try for an interview again? Ridiculous company policy where you cannot apply the same position twice if the interviewers are the same. It is indeed sad that you don't stand a chance again when you failed to land a role once, unless the interviewers are different.
