The questions were typical interview questions such as “why Shiseido?” & “tell a time you had failed.” A few rare questions were “walk me through P&L line items” and “what management style do you not like.” The interviewing manager wasn’t the most welcoming & admitted to micromanaging. Never heard back after my interview although I followed-up several times. They reposted the job on LinkedIn which is really unprofessional and frustrating as transparency and communication clearly isn’t something this company believes in. Glad I dodged a bullet
