There are questions that they ask you in a test booklet. Answer it how you think they want you to answer the questions. I was not asked any interview questions because I was a sales associate before becoming a keyholders.
Application filled out on paper and turned into store. Manager decides who gets interview. Typically 1 interview with the manager. Interview will be in store with job offer or follow up later on.
Walked in and was greeted and was taken to the back and the manager asked different questions from a list of questions. That were pretty standard. Then went over the responsabilities

Super easy just be yourself and dress comfortably but still casual . It won’t last long at all . They’ll ask a few questions and if they like you they will hire you .
