Interview
Not very intense. It was straight forward. Essentially your basic job interview. They ask general management style questions and you respond to each of them. Things may have changed since everything has been going electronic with covid but the company is very conservative so I dont think they would require an online interview process.
It really depends on the manager and the position. Availability and prior experience are pretty much the only thing they care about, however some do ask "why should we hire you" "List 3 strengths/weaknesses"
