First was a phone interview with an HR Recruiter from Shop LC who asked me structured questions about my previous job experience and situational questions. She answered all my questions about the role and the company. Next was an in person interview with the two apparel buyers and the interview felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They showed me around the office and told me about the role.
