Easy and not done by the human resources dept not sure they had one at the time. It seems I was interviewed and hired in as a group. I applied on line and was called right away. Company seemed to be in transition and many people coming and going. I applied directly, some people applied through an agency.

Department Manager would have hired a monkey as long as it spoke English and could take inbound calls. The interview process was really very easy. I actually applied for a customer service position, but failed the customer service test and was offered to interview for the personal shopper position. The whole interview process for personal shopper was extremely easy.
