Shopify Customer Service Specialist interview questions

I went through two interviews. The main notable thing from the interview was that they asked about my current salary before they would tell me what the pay range for the role was. That felt like a red flag to me.

I had a great introduction interview with a rep, talked about our lives, passions, and aspirations. I really enjoyed how outgoing it was. I go to take the technical interview which you really shouldn't undermine. It's tough. I'd prepared myself for over a day but, of course, what I'd studied, didn't come up in the test. In the end, I wasn't resourceful and fast enough.
