I had applied online and finished their coding challenge. I also wrote about a possible idea I could develop during their "Hack Days". Afterwards I was contacted through email to setup an interview which would either be in person or over the phone as times were available. Once the interview day came I was contacted on skype by one of their interviewers.

I was asked about how I started off learning computer science and we kind of built on that. After I was done with my story I was asked about any questions I had about the company.

There was a first round with hr followed by a 1hour interview, use of AI was encouraged. Interviewer was not very knowledgeable and I had to discover a solution that she understands

Lots of rounds and meeting multiple team members enjoyable experience and the interviews really ensure that the job is a right fit. There are multiple checkpoints to ensure both parties are on the same page
