Interview
The interview process was refreshing compared to the others I've done. You're actually talking to them and not reciting off your resume in conversational form. The recruiter listened to you and asked follow up questions, not just reading off a script of question (!). Everyone I talked to seemed very nice and courteous overall.
The only minor downside is that the process takes longer than other companies (3 months from applying).

There were no coding challenges, but the technical interviews talked about explaining a concept or problem to one of the engineers.
