Interview
I actually went through the process twice. The first time I was able to schedule a video call with a recruiter. Did not make it past that call.
The second time, I was given a fake merchant email to reply to in order to see my ability to reply to emails as a potential Guru. As soon as I passed that, I was able to choose interview call times with a recruiter. The thing is, my recruiter canceled my interview an hour before my interview. Two days later, they sent me a rescheduling link and I was able to reschedule my interview for a different day. I ended up getting the same recruiter as last time which sucked. I really would have preferred to have interviewed with my original recruiter, or a different one.

The first Interview was on phone interview. I did not pass through to next stage of the process, which was an online test. After that would be another formal interview.

The interview process was pretty intense. They asked me about my life story, but I’d also created a store before that. Then I had to do a technical interview where I pretended I already had the job.

The interview experience was professional, friendly and organized. Interviewee did notify via email whether I got the offer or not. Great to hear back the results since typically companies don't.
