Applied online. Initial contact with a recruiter. Held a friendly conversation about my "life story". Didn't feel like an interview at all. Great and easy-going experience.
The second interview was a test with role-playing where you'd interact with "clients". Not too difficult if you're fast on the keyboard, resourceful, can deal with stress, and act professionally.
