The next day after applying I got invited to the first stage of the recruitment process which is a video chat with a recruiter. The chat went well, had a great conversation. The recruiter said I could email him with any questions. Well, I didn't make it to the next stage and when I emailed the recruiter to ask how I could improve I never received a response.
