Different than expected. After applying online, I was contacted by their Talent team for what was advertised as a Phone Interview. Seeing has it was the first round and from the Talent team, I thought that it was the initially screening. Having been through their process before, and having had that screening in the past, I thought it would be the same. On the call I learned it was with the Hiring Manager and NOT just a phone call. I was able to jump on video but had prepared for a different type of questioning. I don't think I was the right candidate they were looking for so no hard feelings but a weird, seemingly disorganized experience.
