First round: Case study style SQL questions with python coding and short assessment like an IQ test Final round: marketplace case study, coding based analysis, life story, and in depth project

Scheduling was very difficult and I had to spend a lot of time following up with the recruiter to move things along. They weren't able to tell me who my manager would be or provide any input on that person. In the end they simply never contacted me back after a final technical round. My impression is they didn't want to offer me a job but were unable to be direct about that-- it was such a bizarre process especially with an established organization.

1st step Screen interview 2nd step python coding. with an existing bad written python code. asking for debug, changes, add tests. Overall interviewer demonstrated not to be aware of company main products.
