Applied online, was contacted by recruiter the following day to set up a "life story interview" with a different recruiter later in the week.
Life story interview was a joke. Recruiter wanted the story of my career in chronological order and asked questions to steer things in that format, but decided I was unworthy and cut the call short before we actually got to the more recent relevant experience.
Bummer, because this otherwise seemed like it could have been a cool place to work. I guess if you have a more linear and conventional career history, you might have better luck with the life story interview. Just seems like the format is completely backwards.
