An initial relaxed conversation for approximately 30 minutes which felt more like having a chat and sharing about myself and who I am. The second step was a practical interview after I had passed the first step, which consisted of writing some emails in response to customers in english and also simulate a chat experience, dealing with 2 open chats at once. Everything was in english. After I passed this step the last step was a language test which was not hosted by Shopify but another platform whereby a time was allocated for me to answer some questions in writing and in speaking via a platform.
