Very impersonal process. Generic emails from a no replying inviting you to select times for your first interview. The first interview lasts about 30 mins. From there if it goes well you receive another generic email inviting you to another Interview. This one is 60 mins. Very general speak about yourself and experiences. If that does well you get invited to the final interview. Mine was 2 hours. I had to demonstrate my sourcing skills with no advance notice. And was then asked a series of relationship building questions. I was rejected 2 days later from another no reply email. Very impersonal and would have appreciated a better follow up after spending 4+ hours interviewing. Also during that entire process salary was never even disclosed. Such a weird vibe, after this process I would have rejected the offer. Was not even surprised that I was rejected. This process had changed the way I think about Shopify.
