In depth, and comprehensive. Had a good conversation with the recruiters and HR team but was not selected to move forward. I would still recommend applying for this position - it was a good expereicne overall
Went in to location, looked at my laptop. Proceeded to go to Shopify, design store with cohorts and began selling light fixtures. HR was very kind and thorough getting all my education.

If you can get an interview, they are more concerned about how you would "vibe" with other staff over your actual skills. The people are nice, but the process feels like it is something that it is not.
