Really comfortable and fun! Basically, you just tell your story to a stranger that knows nothing about you. That person hasn't seen your resume so it's up to you. Very different but fun

Very conversational interview. They didn't have any structure to the interview and they just wanted people to start talking about anything. It is very open and I think they just wanted to get an idea of my personality and see if I would be able to talk well on the phone.
