I had originally applied for a different role last year. I had interviewed with the recruiter and several other team members, managers, and members of the executive leadership team. 6-7 interviews total. The recruiter was amazing and touched base with me every step of the way to prepare me for the next interview. It was a great experience. The interviews were all very friendly and refreshing; more like conversations where we got to know each other, and I feel like there were equal questions from them and myself. Ultimately, I was not selected for the position as there was a more qualified candidate. They were still interested in having me as an employee and I still wanted to join the company, so we kept in close touch over the following months. When the right position came up for me, they let me know and the process went pretty fast. I had 3 additional interviews and was selected for the position with a start date of about 2 weeks out. Every interview was a great experience. I loved everyone that I was able to speak with. The culture is top notch and joining this company was worth the wait.
